By accessing or using Rupert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rupert concerning your use of our platform and AI-powered services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, designs, and brand elements are the proprietary property of Rupert. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for personal career advancement purposes.

Content Ownership:

You retain full ownership of your audio recordings and interview transcripts. We only process them to provide the service.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Recording Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining consent to record interviews where required by law. Rupert is not liable for unauthorized recording.

4. Payments and Credits

We operate on a pay-as-you-go model. You purchase interview time credits (e.g., 3 hours for $19) which are added to your account balance. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • One-Time Payments: You are charged only when you choose to purchase a credit package. There are no recurring charges.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds are provided after credits are purchased.

5. AI-Powered Services

Rupert provides real-time AI assistance based on large language models (OpenAI GPT-4).

Accuracy: AI suggestions are provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or that the suggestions will lead to a job offer.

Judgment: AI is an assistant, not a replacement for your own technical knowledge and judgment.

6. Disclaimers and Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding interview performance, job offers, or employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rupert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or job opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
