AI Insights: Suggestions and analysis generated by our AI models.

Usage Data:

IP address, browser type, device information.
Features used, session duration, and access times.

We use the following third-party services to provide our service:

Google Gemini

AI-powered assistance. Data shared: Transcripts and questions for processing.

Stripe

Payment processing. PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

AWS / Vercel

Application hosting and data storage. GDPR compliant.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide AI-powered interview assistance and real-time suggestions.
To process audio recordings and generate transcripts.
To improve our AI models using anonymized data.
To manage your account, payments, and invoices.
To detect and prevent fraud or illegal activities.

Legal basis (GDPR): We process data for contract performance, legitimate interests (service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention

Audio Recordings: Automatically deleted after 7 days.

Transcripts: Stored until you delete your account.

Account Info: While your account is active.

Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax law.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal information and transcripts within 30 days. Audio is deleted immediately.
